Add Tag | Summary: | The present study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the content broadcast by the program "La Posta XXX" and its statements against the indigenous leader Leónidas Iza. The media reports for the masses, so the power they have and how highly influential they are is undeniable. Through an interview given by two journalists who have worked in both formats, the convergence between the digital and television media is revealed. In addition, a bibliographical research was carried out on the role of journalists, the influence of the media and the digital press, which makes it easier to know the different variables and relate them. Lastly, it was concluded that La Posta XXX, by spending so much time in the digital format, naturalized the use of colloquial language and when it passed to the television format, it did not limit itself in expressing itself, therefore, it caused damage to the integrity of the indigenous leader.
