In addition, Optometric controls were scheduled to evaluate the assessment of astigmatism and make adjustments as necessary. A significant improvement was observed in the patient's visual acuity with the use of corrective lenses. A reduction in the patient's symptoms was achieved, meaning that the treatment not only improved her visual acuity, but also relieved her symptoms. |

Tras un examen físico exhaustivo, se confirmó el diagnóstico de astigmatismo corneal moderado. El tratamiento optométrico implementado se centró en proporcionar a la paciente una solución que mejorará su agudeza visual y su comodidad. Se optó por lentes correctivas para abordar el astigmatismo corneal, con una prescripción personalizada basada en la evaluación detallada de la refracción ocular y la queratometría corneal. Además, se programaron controles Optométricos para evaluar la evaluación del astigmatismo y realizar ajustes según fuera necesaria. Se observo una mejora significativa en la agudeza visual de la paciente con el uso de lentes correctivas.
