This study will focus on understanding and analyzing the factors that influence teenage pregnancy between the ages of 15 and 19 at the Martin Icaza Hospital, Babahoyo state, through the collection, observation, exploration and analysis of social data of adolescents., and draw conclusions through appropriate analysis based on the information collected on economic, educational and family factors. This article describes and explains how this phenomenon systematically occurs in the Babahoyo Canton and everything related to it. This research was carried out with the objective of establishing the risk factors associated with abortion in pregnant adolescents in June - October 2023 and was carried out quantitatively and retrospectively. The analysis of statistical data shows that the abortion rate is 180 pregnant adolescents. This is the proposal, the proposed theory, which aims to develop training for the medical staff of the Martin Icaza Hospital according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health regarding abortion and its risk and prevention factors. |
