This research was carried out with the objective of establishing the risk factors associated with abortion in pregnant adolescents in June - October 2023 and was carried out quantitatively and retrospectively. The analysis of statistical data shows that the abortion rate is 180 pregnant adolescents. This is the proposal, the proposed theory, which aims to develop training for the medical staff of the Martin Icaza Hospital according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health regarding abortion and its risk and prevention factors. |

Este estudio se centrará en comprender y analizar los factores que influyen en el embarazo de adolescentes entre las edades de 15 a 19 años en el Hospital Martin Icaza, estado de Babahoyo, mediante la recopilación, observación, exploración y análisis de datos social de los adolescentes, y sacar conclusiones mediante un análisis adecuado basado en la información recopilada sobre factores económicos, educativos y familiares. Este artículo describe y explica cómo este fenómeno se presenta sistemáticamente en el Cantón Babahoyo y todo lo relacionado con él. Esta investigación se realizo mediante el objetivo de Establecer los factores de riesgo asociados al aborto en gestantes adolescentes en junio – octubre del 2023 y se dio en manera cuantitativa y retrospectiva. El análisis de datos estadísticos muestra que la tasa de aborto es de 180 adolescentes gestante.
