These digital media allow institutions to promote their brand and communication strategies, promoting their own content, where they make known the works, services and other procedures that the institution carries out, which allows interaction with users of social networks. as official channels of the institution. The Government of Los Ríos uses platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to share content with its users. The purpose of this case study was to delimit the content produced by the Government of Los Ríos and demonstrate whether said content favors or disfavors the management of corporate communication. in the year 2020 in said institution. Finally, it was concluded that there is no adequate management of corporate communication management in said institution. It was evidenced that there is no website where the governance axes of the institution are disclosed, as well as its vision and mission, in addition it is probably that the official communication channels do not have a correct management of the information of the institution . Two free software tools were extracted to monitor one of the social networks that are used as official channels to disseminate information on the management of the Government. |
