We used the method of methodological approach with which we can perform a fieldwork which consisted of interviewing the manager and surveying a certain number of users in random mode, between the questions asked to both parties are asked about the collection management and how this was applied from the points that are made to be able to fulfill this activity. The suspension due to lack of payments or months of delay is one of the measures that have been adopted in recent months to raise awareness to users to make the cancellation of the outstanding values in their overdue sheets for more than two or three months, the court is currently proceeding when they have not made this payment within the next 15 days after being notified by means of a sheet at their home, the electricity company’s collection management model operates through a company that is responsible for performing the reading work, implement a more extensive and optimal collection service that allows you to know the exact number of kilowatts to proceed to billing. |

Se utilizo el método de aproximación metodológica con el cual se puedo realizar un trabajo de campo el cual consistió en entrevistar al gerente y encuestar a un determinado número de usuarios en modalidad aleatoria, entre las preguntas realizadas a ambas partes se les pregunto sobre la gestión de cobranza y como esta era aplicada desde los puntos que son efectuados para poder cumplir con esta actividad.
