That is, in other words, the secretary must be prepared for today's world as this requires a good deal, courtesy and patience to provide quality care. So in this project that served all methods used to shape this research and obtain effective results, which were performed by an object of study that gave us the answers; This survey was also led us to an origin that was to demonstrate the feasibility of the project From another perspective, we can say that this project is raised with a very clear objective which is to be diagnosed through observation, to raise the profile of secretaries and labor productivity, as these were served to form contributive part of same; an alternative proposal also runs to help optimize the approach to the problem and improve its functionality in the Education Unit Quevedo. In addition, the Education Unit Quevedo with this alternative proposal is expected to serve for effective decision-making against the objectives as these propose a reference profile secretaries and productivity that is realized in the daily work of the institution. |
