Plataformas digitales de gestión financiera como Quickbooks y Sap: análisis de la tecnología y su adaptabilidad en la ciudad de Babahoyo.

In the work presented, the use and adaptability of QuickBooks and SAP platforms in the financial companies of SMEs in the city of Babahoyo has been approached and analyzed. The main financial needs that these SMEs have have been identified, as well as the obstacles they face in the use of digital tools and the digital environment, such as low knowledge, costs, distrust in technologies, etc. The results have shown that although the majority of SMEs use a digital tool, but there will always be a digital divide. QuickBooks has proven to be easier and more efficient for small businesses, while SAP is a good option for those that require more interconnection with other areas of activity. In conclusion, the implementation of these platforms facilitates better sustainability of SMEs and, therefore, better business decisions. Digital tools should be improved, to facilitate access to technology platforms and improve the implementation to improve the sustainability of SMEs in the city of Babahoyo.
