Chronic pancreatitis presents episodes of acute inflammation in a pancreas that is totally injured or as an already chronic injury this can be endocrine (diabetes) or exocrine (steatorrhea) This clinical case aims to elicit the problems that exist in terms of recurrent pancreatitis, turning it into a serious chronic with different alterations or clinical manifestations that occur in a person who has inadequate habits or lifestyles that are corrected throughout the nutritional treatment for this circumstance or pathological identity In this way with the nutritional care process we can provide a correct nutritional assistance in terms of monitoring, intervention and nutritional monitoring and thus improve the quality of patient care, we will know the importance of proper nutrition with nutritional supports and ways of access that corresponds to a better recovery, provided that the optimal care is taken for the transition of the diets in terms of time, quantity, texture and type of food that is executed to the patient with chronic pancreatitis.
