Proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente gestante de 33 semanas que presenta síndrome de hellp más anemia severa en el Hospital Materno Infantil Matilde Hidalgo de Procel.

The present clinical case in based Hellp´s syndrome, a multisystemic complication of hypertensive disoders that occur during the last trimester of pregnancy, mainly due to severe symptoms of preeclampsia and eclampsia, with microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, liver dysfunction and thrombocytopenia that can reach disseminated intravascular coagulation. Given mainly in white, primitive women, over 25 years of age, to a history of preeclampsia or abortions. This is the case of the 21 year old patient who entered the obstetric emergency área of the Matilde Hidalgo de Procel Hospital, referred to with a diagnosis of: 33 week old fetal death plus uterine hypotonia, indicating a clinical picture of 6 hours of evolution characterized by pain contractile hypogastrium of moderate intensity, being the only symptom in up to 50% of cases. Reason for which she was immediately admitted to the operating room for segmental caesarean section. Where he got the diagnosis of Hellp syndrome plus severe anemia. For which a nursing care process was developed through the collection of objective and subjective data through the assessment by functional patterns and a correct caudal cephalic evaluation. Allowing to apply a nursing care plan helping to establish individualized goals and interventions according to each need presented through the taxonomy of Nanda, Nic and Noc. Giving resulting in an optimal improvement in the patient is healt. Through a comparison of results of the initial health status to that obtained.
