الملخص:Through this case study, the different problems faced by the commercial "DAYANARA SEASONAL NEWS" are revealed, due to variations in sales that occurred during the pandemic caused by COVID-19. It is located in the Febres Cordero Parish on October 12 street, it is in charge of selling party supplies, uniforms and school supplies. In the same way, the methodology used is the analytical-synthetic method, for its effect an interview questionnaire is developed that will be applied to the manager of the institution and another directed to the labor personnel, with the sole purpose of knowing what is the way in which that the sales reports are managed, detecting the existing shortcomings during the corresponding periods of 2020 and 2021, therefore, the great importance of applying the variation in the volume of your sales must be taken into account.
