Infraestructura hotelera y su proyección en la demanda turística del cantón yaguachi

The main objective of this research work is to analyze the hotel infrastructure for the capture of greater tourist demand of the town Yaguachi Canton to pose some questions in this investigation allowed to know about the subject. the collection of information is performed by techniques and instruments of study, which facilitated the understanding and interpretation of the variables of the problem such as interviews, which was done to two professionals of the GAD Municipal of Yaguachi, three officials in charge of the tourist places, to the owner of the current hotel infrastructure and surveys , the same that was done to 65 inhabitants of the town, to maintain direct contact with the population to investigate, after having analyzed the results obtained by collecting data, it was possible to observe and verify the limited place of lodging in the town of yaguachi ; the only infrastructure that currently exists is the "Hotel Chang", the same does not have a good quality of service, equipment and facilities needed to offer to the tourist or visitor this means that the officials of the tourist places or the community recommend tourists to stay elsewhere (nearby towns that offer good service and quality to the client) as this will generate little tourist demand in this sector. The purpose of this study is with the help of the Ministry of Tourism, to train and motivate the owner of the hotel and the employees of the "Hotel Chang" on improving the quality of the establishment and how to provide a good service for customer satisfaction, in order to attract more visitors and meet the four needs of the tourist to make Yaguachi a place with great tourist potential, at the same time provide excellent service quality and unique experience to tourists.
