| Shrnutí: | VIII. SUMMARY This research was conducted in the canton Huaca, Carchi province, located at coordinates 00 ° 24 '35 "north latitude and 77 ° 43' 35" west longitude at an altitude 2,950 meters. The investigation was conducted in order to evaluate three types of substrates (organic, inert and nutritious) in the production of basic seed potato variety super chola (Solanum tuberosum L) under greenhouse conditions. days treatments were studied by combining the types of substrates relative 2-1-1 (inert, nutritious and organic): Husk (2 parts) + land of paramo (1 part) + humus (1 part); Husk (2 parts) + land of paramo (1 part) + compost (1 part); Husk (2 parts) + peat (1 part) + manure (1 part); Pomina (2 parts) + land of paramo (1 part) + Humus (1 part); Pomina (2 parts) + peat (1 part) + compost (1 part); Pomina (2 parts) + land of paramo + manure (1 part); Arena (2 parts) + peat (1 part) + humus (1 part); Arena (2 parts) + land of paramo (1 part) + compost (1 part); Arena (2 parts) + land of paramo (1 part) + manure (1 part) and the Witness. Using the design of randomized complete block (RCBD), with ten treatments and three repetitions, with a total of thirty experimental units. The total area was 147 m2, the experimental units of 1 m2 and net area of 0.75 m2. The variables were evaluated; percentage of engraftment, plant height, number of stems, force stem, stem diameter, number of tubers and yield per experimental unit. The results determined that the substrates (Arena + land of paramo + compost) and (Arena + land of paramo + manure) showed greater influence on behavior and agronomic crop development, obtaining significant terms averages; percentage of engraftment, plant height, vigor stem, stem diameter, yield per experimental unit and increased profitability. |
