Análisis de la estrategia de comunicación del GAD Municipal De Urdaneta en el 2022

Communication in organizations is a vital element for any public or private institution in its development and strengthening, allowing active participation and thus correcting errors in the processes in order to present clear ideas and strategies so that everyone feels satisfied and informed. also providing a better work environment. The purpose of this research is to develop the components of the communication strategies at the internal and external level of the Municipal GAD of Urdaneta in the year 2022, carrying out an analysis of which strategies are more feasible to use to achieve the objectives of the institution. In this sense, strategies play a very important role in the activities of the institution, so that they can be carried out in an organized and efficient manner. In the first chapter, the possible problems to develop the investigation are established, in addition the objectives of the investigation, both general and specific, are defined. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework is described with the terms related to communications internally and externally of an organization, for which second-hand bibliographic sources are used. In the third chapter, the methodological framework is developed, the type and focus of the research, the information gathering instruments and the analysis of their results are presented. Finally, the design of the communication strategies to be carried out in the investigation is exposed.
