La cultura financiera y su impacto en la morosidad en el BanEcuador de la cuidad de Babahoyo. 2021

This thesis seeks to diagnose the relationship between financial culture and the impact of delinquency in BanEcuador in the city of Babahoyo 2021. For this, surveys were designed that allow the correlation between said study variables to be tangibly measured. In the development of the research, we worked with the variables: financial culture and delinquency in BanEcuador. The study has a qualitative approach of an explanatory, causal type since it seeks to find how the lack of financial education affects BanEcuador's delinquency. Non-experimental in design, since the variables are not subject to manipulation, scenarios that already exist are observed, which were not intentionally provoked to carry out the research. The research is transversal because its intention is to explain variables and analyze their incidence and interrelation in a certain period or period. Based on the study of this research, it was carried out that Financial Culture does not impact delinquency in BanEcuador in the city of Babahoyo. According to the results obtained, 36% of those surveyed totally disagree that financial culture serves as a positive factor to fulfill your financial duties.
