Περίληψη:Considering that student behavior is of fundamental importance in educational work, which allows developing an ideal work environment that positively favors the teaching-learning process, however, it has been possible to reveal disruptive behaviors during classes, which have been inducing difficulties in student learning, for this reason it has been necessary to carry out research in the José María Velasco Ibarra Educational Unit whose main objective is to investigate disruptive behaviors and their impact on the family dynamics of students. teenagers. Once the problem was manifested, the theoretical framework was elaborated, to properly establish the variables. The model that guided the research is the Positivist; It was decided to carry out a qualitative and quantitative investigation, giving importance to the description of the cause-effect relationship. Regarding the methodology, the research is qualitative-quantitative since there are multiple social realities in which the human being participates as an active entity of transformation, by the objectives, it is applied; for the place is field, since it will be developed in the place of the facts, it is documentary bibliography, the instruments were elaborated for the investigative process, and in turn to tabulate, analyze and interpret the obtained data, being able to establish the appropriate conclusions and recommendations. Finally we proceed to propose the solution to the problem, the same that contemplates the execution of a Psychotherapeutic Program that originates the decrease of the disruptive behaviors and thus optimize the family dynamics and the learning level of the students in the Educational Institution.
