The lack of knowledge and the need for people to put in place a control system for a greenhouse would help with crop crops of short cycles. When the Technical University of Babahoyo was founded, it began to operate with 3 buildings, where nowadays it is a headquarters, for that purpose it had built the Provincial Council of Los Ríos, including more or less 6 hectares of land for research and field practices. the students of agronomy. In 1981, the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary changed its name to "Faculty of Agricultural Sciences", identifying itself with the abbreviation "FACIAG". Later in the year 1998 and keeping the same abbreviations, changed the name to "Faculty of Agricultural Sciences". In the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, there is a serious problem that is taking place in the greenhouse that can put at risk the crops of short cycle and the practices of the students who make them in the greenhouse of the faculty, this due to the misuse of the technology that is being implemented and can not benefit this area, in fact, there is an implementation of the technology but it is not suitable for the short cycle crops that are held in said faculty greenhouse. These crops play a very important role for students because they are the academic practices that are carried out in the institution.
