The bibliographic review will make it possible to analyze the theoretical foundations of document management and the advantages of using mobile applications to improve the process. The statistical analysis will allow quantifying the use of the Quipux application in the companies of Canton Montalvo, identifying the main strengths and weaknesses of the system, and proposing solutions to improve its implementation. Likewise, the strengths and weaknesses of the Quipux application in terms of document management in the companies will be identified, and the opportunities for improvement that may exist will be evaluated. This will allow the establishment of specific recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of document management, and thus, increase productivity and business competitiveness. |

El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar el nivel de adopción y eficacia del uso de la aplicación móvil Quipux en la gestión documental de las empresas del Cantón Montalvo, con el fin de identificar sus fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de mejora. Para lograr este objetivo, se utilizarán diversos métodos de análisis y explicación de la información, tales como la revisión bibliográfica, el análisis estadístico y la encuesta. La revisión bibliográfica permitirá analizar los fundamentos teóricos de la gestión documental y las ventajas de utilizar aplicaciones móviles para mejorar el proceso. El análisis estadístico permitirá cuantificar el uso de la aplicación Quipux en las empresas del Cantón Montalvo, identificar las principales fortalezas y debilidades del sistema, y proponer soluciones para mejorar su implementación. Asimismo, se identificarán las fortalezas y debilidades de la aplicación Quipux en cuanto a la gestión documental en las empresas, y se evaluarán las oportunidades de mejora que puedan existir.
