Yhteenveto:This case study was conducted at the MasterMoto Company in the city of Babahoyo, in order to determine the causes of the decrease in sales and other problems associated with the company. The parameters of the descriptive research methodology and the deductive method were used due to the analysis of the quantitative information derived from the sales records of the commercial. The results of the research carried out are the following: excessive competition in the locality, higher prices than other companies that offer the same products, low customer loyalty, poor advertising plan, and the decrease in sales whose amount is quite considerable when making comparisons, and analysis between the periods 2017-2018
