Among the factors that harm mental health are the biological, psychological and social, each of these areas play a very important role in the development of some psychopathology with emotional alterations such as depression and anxiety. Some of the treatments that exist to treat these alterations according to their severity are medications, psychotherapy or in some cases a combination of both. |

Some of the treatments that exist to treat these alterations according to their severity are medications, psychotherapy or in some cases a combination of both.Las emociones se presentan en reacción a diferentes situaciones por los estímulos del medio son respuestas intensas y de corta duración, una alteración emocional es todo aquel estado que genera malestar significativo en la persona de larga duración provocando una afectación en el estado de ánimo generando síntomas, como tristeza, euforia, baja tolerancia a la frustración, inconstancia, desanimo etc. Así mismo incide en la salud mental del individuo, puesto que esta interfiere en la manera de actuar, sentir, pensar y enfrentar las situaciones cotidianas de forma resiliente. Dentro de los factores que perjudican la salud mental está lo biológico, psicológico y social cada una de estas áreas juegan un papel muy importante en el desarrollo de alguna psicopatología con alteraciones emocionales tales como depresión y ansiedad.
