סיכום:In the present case, it is based on the management of recruitment in different areas of the company ACPOWER S.A. from the city of Santa Elena, which is a private company that is in charge of choosing implementations, plans, electrical maintenance, among others, in the city of Santa Elena. In such a way that the main problems that the company presents are: insufficient communication within the company's departments, ineffective staff recruitment process. This case study is aimed at determining the main variables that cause the inadequate management of personnel recruitment in the company ACEPOWER S.A. using this research technique which is an interview with the company's staff, so that in this way the results obtained indicate that a better recruitment process should be implemented, thus carrying out the proper training, the proper evaluations of the new recruits and those who are already in the company,
