Los aspectos más relevantes que sucedieron en dicha institución se encuentra una baja ejecución presupuestaria en ciertos rubros relacionados a las actividades que regularmente emplean a todo el personal tanto administrativo como el relacionado al de obra pública y el mantenimiento, recomposición, la compra de bienes, útiles y herramientas que eran de uso para el cumplimiento de las actividades fuera y dentro de la institución.
