Add Tag | Summary: | The present clinical case aims to publicize the process of nursing care in patients with uterine fibroids in the emergency area of the Urdaneta Basic Hospital Dr. Juan Montalván Cornejo, for this purpose the descriptive method was used to collect data, different types of questions in order to get to diagnose what kinds of fibroids the patient presents. This is presented in the study of the importance of the care plan in a patient with transvaginal bleeding which presents a low level of hemoglobin and hematocrit. For this, a plan was developed to assess, according to the theories, that resembles my clinical case, which will lead to a good nursing diagnosis. |
