The main problem of this company is the deficiency in the administrative part, and to control this deficiency is proposed as a solution, to restructure or to implement a computer system. This company has software that does not satisfy the needs in the IT and billing processes, forcing the company manager to replace other more reliable software, although it is proven that most of the billing software is detected problems or simply not they adapt to the company they acquired to automate the billing process. Most companies have problems in software because of this creates a question called "software crisis" is that the software engineer felt unable to develop projects of a dimension in line with the technological advances of the time (Alonzo , Martínez and Segovia, 2005). New decisions are made annually to solve the various problems of the software, but a solution can not be given correctly, prior to the start of the project it is not known what the effort is necessary to develop a program. The software crisis is fundamental in the problems to deliver programs without flaws or errors, easy to understand and that are verifiable. Several strategies have been proposed in an attempt to overcome these difficulties, but the reality is that there is still no method know the cost and the actual duration of a project before its start (Noriega Martínez, 2017). In recent decades, politics has brought us radical changes in the laws of our country, causing commercial software to be affected by this provision that comes from the body that controls the companies, shopping centers that use it feel forced to change making software companies have to intervene in a certain situation. |
