Add Tag | Summary: | The present work is about the presentation of a clinical case about a young pregnant woman with severe preeclampsia. The main objective of the work is the application of the nursing care process and the different interventions to achieve successful results that improve the patient's prognosis. In addition, it is proposed to carry out the nursing assessment according to the functional patterns and establish the appropriate diagnoses that allow us to carry out interventions on them. The methodology used for this work is the application of the nursing care process, in addition to the search for information through the clinical history and the follow-up of the patient in its different areas; finally the bibliographic review on the subject for the knowledge of the same. The results obtained after the interventions area: when applying the nursing care process, optimal results are obtained that improve the clinical conditions of the patient and her gestational product; the nursing assessment is carried out, obtaining the altered functional patterns on which the appropriate interventions are carried out; Nursing diagnoses were established according to their assessment. The clinical case resulted with good results, since it was possible to intervene effectively on the problem presented. |
