Summary:The following inquiry is intended to diagnose the process of educommunication in the digital fields throughout the era of pandemic disease: Case of the students of “Seventh B of the Eloy Alfaro Educational Unit of the canton Quevedo, year 2021”. This, in response to the need to evaluate the resources, procedures, means and processes carried out in the program that, thanks to COVID-19, had to modify from the face-to-face modality to the online modality. For the analysis, an exploratory investigation with a quantitative approach has been proposed. For this purpose, a perception survey was applied to 37 students of the Seventh B. In this way, in the middle of the primordial conclusions it was possible to detect that the use of WhatsApp and Zoom characterized the communication. In addition, the use of interactive alternatives for the dynamization of learning has been highlighted, such as online, recorded classes, as well as entry to the Moodle platform. Among the skills acquired were the idealization in the use of time, a better use of language and the ability to hear. Among the most representative disadvantages was the instability and inconveniences of Internet connections, which threaten educational quality. In general, it was concluded that the process of educommunication has been sudden, despite this, it has been feasible to make strategic pedagogical creations, modifying in truth the methodological points to achieve the goals of academic planning.
