Ambiente laboral de la empresa Implanet de la ciudad de Guayaquil

This case study is based on the Work Environment of the Guayaquil Implanet Company, an entity dedicated to providing the internet contracting service in the different cities of the Los Ríos and Guayas Province; with the aim of analyzing the strategies and problems raised in the organization with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ecuador and the damage it caused in the country. The research provided in the current document applies a deductive methodology to understand the particular premises that have generated an alteration within the business environment of the institution. This research is descriptive and documentary in nature, and to validate the information presented, techniques such as interviews and surveys have been used, which manage to verify first-hand, with the parties involved in the current study, the real situation of the Implanet company, in order to know the factors that have caused the institution's work environment to become unpleasant and directly affect the benefits that the entity has at the end of the accounting period, we will also observe a little leadership on the part of the authority in charge of the organization.
