Each person that is born has innumerable potentialities and qualities to be developed through interaction with reality; Gradually both will be manifested and transformed into capacities, qualities and values. Therefore, the essential purpose of education is to train the child by building their personal and community identity in relation to the context in which they live and the people they inhabit. But, in order to do so, the child must conquer his identity and autonomy by discovering others and discovering himself; to do so, he needs to participate in learning environments that provide him with tools to find, bit by bit, the identity traits that make him unique as a person and, as a social being, part of a community and nature. Emotional intelligence should be considered as a learning alternative to empower children from the first year of education, to intelligently interact with the management of their emotions in their social environment; is when the talent of the teacher must be present in the organization of strategies and own methodology to achieve a substantial improvement both at the personal level and the society around him. |

Emotional intelligence should be considered as a learning alternative to empower children from the first year of education, to intelligently interact with the management of their emotions in their social environment; is when the talent of the teacher must be present in the organization of strategies and own methodology to achieve a substantial improvement both at the personal level and the society around him.El presente trabajo de investigación titulado PROCESOS METODOLÓGICOS PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL Y SU APLICACIÓN EN LAS AULAS DE CLASES tiene como objetivo principal: Educar a niños pequeños implica una responsabilidad y una sabiduría que ubica a las instituciones y a los educadores como pilares del sistema educativo, pues los primeros años de vida trazan huellas profundas en el recorrido que la infancia pasa por el proceso educativo, donde se inicia una modalidad de acercamiento al conocimiento que influirá en sus posibilidades de aprender, de comunicarse, de expresarse. Cada persona que nace tiene innumerables potencialidades y cualidades por desarrollar a través de la interacción con la realidad; gradualmente ambos se irán manifestando y se transformarán en capacidades, cualidades y valores. Por lo tanto, el propósito esencial de la educación es formar al niño construyendo su identidad personal y comunitaria en relación con el contexto en que vive y con las personas que habita. Pero, para hacerlo el niño debe conquistar su identidad y autonomía descubriendo a los demás y descubriéndose a sí mismo; para hacerlo necesita participar en ambientes de aprendizaje que le provean herramientas para encontrar, poco a poco, los rasgos de identidad que lo hacen único como persona y, como ser social, parte de una comunidad y naturaleza.
