Esto va a permitir que conocer cómo se maneja la empresa y con la gestión administrativa ayudara a obtener resultados satisfactorios y aceptables para que la gerencia aproveche de manera eficiente y eficaz de los recursos tanto como técnicos, financieros y de los recursos humanos.
