A study for the implementation of a Computer System for the registration of pension collection of the Babahuyus Educational Unit of the City of Babahoyo. For this reason, this research aims to describe and understand what collaborative practices are for the development of technologies and the heyday of communications make companies, industries and institutions, day by day, see the need to automate processes, so that This allows them to work more effectively. The study developed has been conceived with the idea of improving the search processes in the private education school regarding the registration of pension collection, which will provide a higher performance index with execution times in the processes of attention to the representative, effective management and accessibility of information. Given the qualitative nature of our inquiry, we opted for an instrumental case study in which the need for the institution is analyzed in depth. For the progress of this case study, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used, which make up the most used tool for the analysis, implementation and documentation of systems. It was found that the collaboration of the institution can be manifested through practices linked to coordination, joint development and problem solving. The investigation on the implementation of a computer system will give the solution to the problems that are generated day by day allowing the particular institution to improve the attention to the representatives and to improve its image as an institution. |
