Summary:This study was carried out in the company Quinche TV, a private entity that emerged in January 2017, is located east of the city of Quito in the Quinche parish of Cayambe and Panamericana E35 streets in front of the parish market, with the objective of analyzing the current condition of the internet quality service within the Quinche TV company, with the contribution of the Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management line, of the Commercial Engineering career in which it is related to the Marketing and marketing, referring to the Technical University of Babahoyo. The type of research to which this dissertation is related is qualitative and quantitative, on the other hand, the descriptive method evaluates the quality of the company together with the satisfaction it has with each of the clients, through a small analysis of what was observed. in the company, while the collection of information through research techniques such as interviews and surveys that were used to the boss and the clients of the organization that resulted in the quality of the internet service offered by the company has shortcomings When covering this need for service within the client's home, it often suffers from a lack of connection to the server, it does not develop sufficient methods to supply each of its clients and covering the demands that they request, in addition, at the time of installation, the company makes the high charges preventing new customers from acquiring the service.
