Violencia social y su repercusión en la salud emocional de un servidor policial de 32 años de edad de la Parroquia Venus del Rio Quevedo provincia de Los Ríos

The present case study was carried out with the objective of determining if social violence affects the emotional state of a 32-year-old police officer from the Venus del Río Quevedo parish, Los Ríos province. All this was carried out through the use of clinical history, semi-structured interview, direct observation, and the application of psychological tests "Beck Depression Inventory", "Hamilton Anxiety Scale", "Liebowitz Social Phobia Scale" , "Questionnaire of self-esteem" and Mini mental", in addition, the technique of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy "Registry of Emotions and Automatic Thoughts of CBT", the qualitative methodology used in this work was aimed at studying variables such as: social violence and emotional state, also thanks to the implementation of CBT techniques, it was possible to meet the stated objective, on the other hand through a therapeutic plan it was possible to modify those thoughts that the patient expressed during the psychological intervention, in this way it was possible to mitigate the emotional and behavioral problems of the 32-year-old patient due to the conditions of social violence, in this way it was possible to andes results in improving your quality of life.
