The technological platform for the management of academic and recreational communities of the Technical University of Babahoyo presents challenges in its administration due to its initial planning of processes, affecting its efficiency and productivity. This curricular integration work analyzes automation, its technologies and advantages, focusing on Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), which are the most prevalent forms of digital automation of business processes. The objective of the curricular integration work is to design the automation of administrative processes in the “Technological platform for the management of academic and recreational communities of the Technical University of Babahoyo”. As a conclusion, it is proposed that the automation of a process improves operational efficiency, productivity and tolerance to human failures, besides being scalable to different levels of automation according to the requirements and technologies to be used. |
