Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The research work carried out in the San Francisco canton of Puebloviejo, aims to determine the level of satisfaction of users who use the services provided by the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government (GAD) of Sanfrancisco. This evaluation was considered important, since the Municipal GAD is responsible for the management of the entire canton and aspires to become a safe destination at the national level. In this context, the social relevance of the problem raised was highlighted. To carry out this study, qualitative methods were used. These methods will help evaluate the degree of user satisfaction through surveys directed at both users and employees of the Municipal GAD of Sanfrancisco. The results of these surveys served as the basis for the completion of this research work with the purpose of improving user service through recommendations. The research object focuses on strategic manuals, with a focus on areas such as competitiveness and strategic and operational management. The recommendations are intended to facilitate their understanding, management and application by the employees of the Municipal GAD of the San Francisco de Puebloviejo canton. The main purpose is to improve the perception that users have of the entity and provide additional value to the services offered. |
