Technology evolves every day and is increasingly within our reach to make life easier, the advancement of technology helps us to adapt to our environment, so much so that practically it can even be indispensable, mobile technology offers different users experiences and has facilitated communication, are easy to use and few people do not have a mobile device, mobile technology has several uses depending also on its capacity and applications that can be simple to robust. The Cooperativa de Transportes Urbano de Passengers Santa Rita was founded in 1996 the president of the Cooperativa Jaime Barragán, said that they had many setbacks throughout the journey from its foundation to the present and even problems with users, but have managed to get ahead He also stated that they want to continue improving their service for the benefit of the community. (Time, LaHora, 2018) The purpose of this proposal is to help control and monitor the public transport buses in the city of Babahoyo, by designing an information system that will prevent buses from parking and opening their doors at non-established stops, the system will be designed using the Arduino platform and to monitor the use of the Satellite Positioning System (GPS), to verify and observe the monitored bus location through a map, all these data will be observed through a mobile application.
