For proper management of a patient with this condition, symptoms and signs must be fully evaluated clinically and additional tests performed to confirm the correct diagnosis. The main causal agent of bronchial asthma in the 53-year-old female patient is the tobacco smoke to which she is exposed, since her husband is an active smoker in the place where she lives, in addition there are other causal agents of bronchial asthma in the patient as the exposure to the different environmental allergens to which she is exposed since she lives in a rural area of the Babahoyo canton, also to her workplace since she is a seller of chemical products. Proper management of patients with this disease will prevent clinical deterioration, so any person with this condition must carry out appropriate management and treatment according to the severity of the patient's asthma and strictly follow the recommendations given by the doctor. |
