Separación conyugal y su influencia en el estado emocional de una mujer embarazada de 28 años, de la ciudad de Guayaquil

This case study deals with marital separation and its influence on the emotional state of a 28-year-old pregnant woman from the city of Guayaquil, it is normal for marital separation to affect the emotional state of an individual, within the stages that they must go through depression can develop, the importance in the study of this case is given because the patient is in a state of pregnancy which represents a significant factor, not only for her mental health but also for her child, within of the qualitative methodology, the techniques and tools applied allowed to collect the necessary information for the data process, among them: direct observation and clinical history, within the psychological tests the Edinburgh depression scale for pregnancy and postpartum according to the score of the patient with 17 points allowed to identify depression, in the Hamilton scale the patient obtained a score of 16 points; determining that it is a moderate disorder, in the Beck depression inventory the degree of pressure is confirmed with a score of 24 points and finally with the Beck hopelessness scale the score obtained is 3 points identifying that there are no risks of suicide. Based on the results obtained, a diagnosis was made according to DSM-V 296.22 and ICD 10 F32.1 Moderate depressive disorder with peripartum onset. In such a way that, a therapeutic scheme of cognitive, affective, social and somatic behavior approach is established; in order to help the NN patient to get out of the diagnosed depressive state accompanied by professional supervision.
