Summary:For the realization of this investigation a descriptive methodology was raised, it had to use the deductive and inductive method. We also made use of the observation techniques and the survey by means of this it was possible to detect the problem that existed in these people of the sector the Recreation by means of the statistical tables that will be seen later and in this way to think about the proposal which would give solution to the problem that affects these people. This research work has as an essential objective Implement a participatory training plan with topics of great interest to encourage the habit of reading in the residents of the Recreo canton Quevedo parish San Camilo, with the sole purpose of better reading habit than these people have; Without knowing that thanks to reading we can find great benefits. The printed media currently play a very important role for society; since they are mass media of information the same ones that transmit several contents of great interest, with the purpose that their audience focuses on improving and changing their way of thinking, speaking and communicating, providing them with contents that will benefit them. On the other hand, we also find that reading is so important in our modern society, since it offers us amounts of information that people do not know because they devote themselves to other things and do not encourage the habit of reading; in it we can find knowledge, skills, skills and improve our lexicon, it makes you more confident to challenge a number of situations and issues to be discussed in a broad manner.
