Planeación Presupuestaria En Las Actividades Operativas Del Gad Parroquial Guare

Budget planning is a process, carried out by the entities under the resources allocated for each of the activities to be carried out in a given time, in order to meet their goals and objectives that have been set. The Autonomous Decentralized Government Parish Guare is a public entity in which they have political, administrative and financial autonomy whose purpose is to meet the needs of the citizens of the parish according to each of their competencies established in the regulations, laws, codes in force in the equator. The objective of the case study is to determine the incidence of budgetary planning in each of the efforts made by the GAD Parroquial Guare officials and the correct administration of the resources that have determined it. The present case study deals with the BUDGETARY PLANNING IN THE OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF GUARE PARROQUIAL GAD, applying the investigative method, narrative and also the sub line of financial research and social commitment, using interviews with GAD Parroquial Guare officials to know the problem that affects the entity, which is why it is necessary to analyze the cause that arises from not carrying out its activities under the powers that GAD has. In addition to complement the work of the case study, definitions, regulations, codes and laws are used to help understand a little more about the problem that is being presented.
