Despite the diversity of information and approaches on the development of critical thinking and job performance, there is a set of sufficiently approved indicators, which can be used by the educational institution for analysis and measurement as an instrument to improve the job performance of the Secretary. On the other hand, in the current knowledge society, the development of critical thinking motivates effective performance through professional work, for this reason, the study of its variables becomes very interesting, giving it design and recognition through analysis to the set of diverse representative approaches. |
