Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This research seeks to develop a Business Planning System (ERP) with Open Source to facilitate the administration of the Hotel Oasis Babahoyo Canton. Once created the problem, it was found that the hotel was going through 60% inefficiency in the administrative part and one of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of a system to carry out track of bookings, good inventory management etc. problems encountered in the hotel. The methodology used is mode of special projects, feasible to implement a software solution, based on based on the application of the interview and the survey, the diagnosis made was based on questions, running as instrument the questionnaire as data collection technique needs to identify them. The population that was investigated was fourteen and that decisions are taken at the strategic level (management) and tactical level (employees).
