The importance of raising this issue is to know the similarities and differences of these two platforms that today are in full swing, due to the arrival of the pandemic making education, communication, entertainment migrate to the digital age. The methodology used in this research for the respective data collection is based on qualitative and quantitative elements, the bibliographic review technique, the survey and comparative card and instruments such as the questionnaire were applied. Once the case study was concluded, the comparison of the on-demand service platforms was determined. |
