La importancia de plantear este tema es para conocer las semejanzas y diferencias de estas dos plataformas que hoy en día están en pleno apogeo, por la llegada de la pandemia haciendo que la educación, la comunicación, entretenimiento migren a la era digital. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación para la respectiva recolección de datos está basada en elementos de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, se aplicó la técnica de revisión bibliográfica, la encuesta y ficha comparativa e instrumentos como el cuestionario.
