Shrnutí:The objective of this research is to determine which are the Secretarial Processes and their insertion in the Virtual Management of the secretary of the Department of bond with Society, of the Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas Sociales y de la Educación, of the Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, because the secretary does not know which are the functions that she has to carry in this department, generating that there are delays in the processes that are executed in this department. It is worth mentioning that this department is closely related to the part of human development, through personal relationships with different groups of communities in a locality or social sectors, providing assistance through students who are responsible for training and help with their knowledge to these communities. It is important to note that the processes and management that must handle a secretary in any organization, has evolved over time, and had its starting point with the advent of technology, which caused that their efforts are carried in a digital way, facilitating the functions of these are faster and safer, contributing to the organizational development, although with the arrival of Covid-19 it became more important in its implementation, since the companies had to opt for Teleworking, generating that the Secretaries carry all the processes and managements in a digital way. The methods used in this case study were the Inductive Method because it facilitated the development of solutions to the problems detected, in addition to having allowed the establishment of conclusions, and the other method used was the Deductive Method because it determined to base the conceptualizations from the general to the particular, by means of previously investigated research, in order to establish conclusions based on the data studied.
