This Research About The Development Of The Cognitive Skills And Its Influence In The Process Of Interlearning, Which Was Performedby My Own, With The Help Ofthe Students Of Eighth Grade Of General Basic Education Of The High School Which Name Is “ 10 De Agosto” In Canton Montalvo Of The Province of Los Rios, This Study Was Performed Taking Into Consideration The Need Of Increasing And Powering The Intellectual Capacity Of The Students, Since Nowadaysa Disinterest Has Been Noticed On The Cognitive Skills Development In The Academic Environment, It Would Be Necessary To Use Techniques That Will Lead Students to Improve In a Direct Way Into The Participation in Studying Groups. To Use In Ainterlearning Environment. As a Third Point We Have The Interpretation of The Result.This Work Will Lead Teachers To Use The Conceptual And Methodology Tools to Improve And Develop the Cognitive Skills in the Students, so at the Same Time, it is Taken as an Alternative to Answer the Problems in the Interlearning. I Mention Several Points in this Work: One of These, is to Lay Out Some Problems Where we Analyze all the Process of Interlearning, As Second Point I can Mention Theoretical and Scientificguide Which Will Serve as Asupport on the Cognitive Area, I Can Also Take Some Another Important Skills Into Account to: These are Attention, Perception and Memory, by This Way We can Make the Student to Participate and Have More Creativeness Getting More Knowledge.
