| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of solving the problem of not having an adequate methodology in teaching short rowing in children aged 11 - 12 years of the Rowling Club Salitre School, the objective was to analyze the incidence of the methodology in teaching short rowing to children aged 11 – 12 years, through systematic monitoring of the sporting process to improve the learning process and sporting performance. The methodology used was based on a field study, of a non-experimental descriptive type. The approach was quantitative - qualitative, through techniques and instruments such as the observation guide and survey, it was evident that the training sessions do not present an adequate methodology for the teaching - learning process in the context of the study, in the same way the athletes presented shortcomings in each of the techniques involved in sports practice. In conclusion, it can be said that the application of an appropriate methodology guarantees a process that enhances physical-technical development, and at the same time sports performance. |
