Nutritional assessment of the patient is performed and diagnosed by the Body Mass Index (BMI) that presents Grade I Obesity with moderate cardinovascular risk and hyperglycemia; biochemical examinations are also performed where glycemia, total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides are found with high values, the physical examination of the patient shows no signs of malnutrition; The dietary intake is excessive in calories, so a hypocaloric diet is performed. The monitoring and monitoring of the patient was favourable. where the patient started with a weight of 94kg, in two months it decreased 4.7 kg; its initial BMI was 31.0 kg/m2, where at two months it was observed to 30.0 kg/m2 presenting obesity grade I; The biochemical test is now normal. An energy feeding plan of 2700 kcal, protein 135 g, fats 90 g, carbohydrates 337.5 g is carried out, which meets the nutritional requirements of the patient. |

Se realiza valoración nutricional al paciente y se diagnostica por el Índice de masa corporal (IMC) que presenta Obesidad grado I con riesgo cardinovascular moderado e hiperglicemia; también se realizan exámenes bioquímicos donde la glicemia, el colesterol total, LDL y los triglicéridos se encuentran con valores elevados, el examen físico del paciente no presenta síntomas de desnutrición; la ingesta alimentaria es excesiva en calorías, por lo que se le realiza una dieta Hipocalórica para diabetico. En el monitoreo y seguimiento que se le realizo al paciente fueron favorables, donde el paciente inicio con un peso de 94kg, en dos meses disminuyó 4.7 kg; su IMC inicial fue de 31.0 kg/m2, donde a los dos meses se observó a 30.0 kg/m2 presentando obesidad grado I; el examen bioquímico ahora se encuentra normales.
