It is for this present investigation on “Characterization of the Botriys sp pathogen in the Florícola San Isidro Labrador ¨FLORSANI¨ Parish Malchiguí Canton Pedro Moncayó Pichincha Province. To generate great profit within the company without major problems and customer complaints when this product was sent. The cultivation of Statice (Limonium Sinuatum) is very demanding irrigation management so as not to transmit the pathogen so easily. Methods that were used for the research topics an interview was issued directly to the head of area and the disease that caused the greatest problem was determined, is the Botritys sp in the floral spike affecting the quality for the export of plant material with confidence for its clients. According to the results, it indicates that the symptomatology is easier to know in color, that it is transmitted by which it has a lot of culture in the same area, in addition to the favorable conditions of the pathogens is humidity and the controls that are used is the chemical control by Its greater efficiency. It is also recommended to use other methods of control, application of irrigation less frequently to avoid obtaining a greater presence and favorable condition of the pathogen for its development. RESUMEN Dentro de la investigación se observa que el cultivo de Statice (Limonium Sinuatum) da mayor facilidad de menor manos de obra además tener una gran combinación con otros cultivo como: solidago, aster, hypericum, y en otros y así obtener otros mercados con arreglos floral no solo sólido los ramos procesados. Es por este presente investigación sobre “Caracterización del agente patógeno Botriys sp en la empresa Florícola San Isidro Labrador ¨FLORSANI¨ Parroquia Malchiguí Cantón Pedro Moncayó Provincia de Pichincha. Para generar grandes beneficio dentro de la empresa sin mayor problemas y reclamos de los clientes cuando se envié este producto. El cultivo de Statice (Limonium Sinuatum) es muy exigente el manejo de riego para no trasmitir tan fácil el agente patógeno. Métodos que se utilizó para el temas de investigación se emitió una entrevista directamente al jefe de área y se determinó la enfermedad que ocacionaba mayor problema, es la Botritys sp en la espiga floral afectando la calidad para la exportación de material vegetal con confianza para sus clientes. Según los resultado nos indica que las sintomatología se mas fácil de conocer en color, de que se trasmite por la cual tiene mucho cultivo en la misma área además las condiciones favorable del patógenos es la humedad y los controles que se utiliza es el control químico por su mayor eficiencia. También se recomienda utilizar otros métodos de control, aplicación de riegos con menor frecuencia para no obtener mayor presencia y condición favorable del agente patógeno para su desarrollo.
