It was possible to reach a structural diagnosis, which allowed designing a therapeutic scheme to reduce the effects that occur in patients with depression and thus improve their lifestyle. |

It was possible to reach a structural diagnosis, which allowed designing a therapeutic scheme to reduce the effects that occur in patients with depression and thus improve their lifestyle.El presente documento cuenta con la siguiente estructura desarrollada en las páginas subsiguientes; justificación, objetivo general, sustento teórico, técnicas aplicadas para la recolección de información, resultados obtenidos, conclusiones y recomendaciones, seguido de bibliografía y anexos. Para la elaboración del estudio de caso, se emplearon técnicas y herramientas como: la observación clínica, entrevista semi estructurada, historia clínica, pruebas psicométricas (Escala de depresión de Beck y test proyectivo HTP), el uso de estas técnicas y herramientas nos permitió indagar en el origen del problema.
