To the physical examination, Head and neck without novelty; thorax, auscultation ventilated lung fields, rhythmic heart sounds, depressible abdomen, limbs without novelty.; The nutritional assessment is carried out and its BMI reflects overweight with increased cardiovascular risks; The biochemical nutritional assessment is performed and its results revealed hyperglycemia, high glycosylated hemoglobin, hypercholesterolemia, low hypertriglyceridemia, low HDL and increased LDL, the doctor Considering that the patient does not meet the therapeutic objective (glycosylated hemoglobin less than 7%) before adding another drug, decides to guide the patient to comply with the non-pharmacological treatment, which will help her better metabolic control, so she insists on the importance of diet and physical activity and sends her to the nutrition service for her intervention .
